Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Business Kingscliff will be held remotely on Zoom on the 5 December 2023, commencing at 7.30am.

TO CONDUCT THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS: 

1. To receive and confirm the Minutes of the last AGM of 29^th July 2022
2. To receive and consider the President’s report outlining the activities of Business Kingscliff for the past twelve months.
3. To receive and consider the Financial Reports of the Association for the last financial year in accordance with Section 48 of the Act.
4. The President to declare all positions vacant and advise that nominations have been received for Office Bearers and Committee Members for 2023‐
5. To elect Office Bearers of the Association and Ordinary Members of the Committee 2023‐2024 financial year.

NOMINATIONS ARE HEREBY CALLED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: 

• President
• Vice President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• 4 Ordinary Members
