Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Business Kingscliff will be held at Mockingbird, 4 Seaview St, Kingscliff NSW 2487 on 9th December 2024.

7am: breakfast and coffee.
7.30am: AGM.
7.45am: General meeting including 2024/25 planning.
TO CONDUCT THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS:
- To receive and confirm the Minutes of the last AGM dated 5th December 2023
- To receive and consider the President’s report outlining the activities of Business Kingscliff for the past twelve months.
- To receive and consider the Financial Reports of the Association for the last financial year in accordance with Section 48 of the Act.
- The President to declare all positions vacant and advise that nominations have been received for Office Bearers and Committee Members for 2024/2025.
- To elect Office Bearers of the Association and Ordinary Members of the Committee 2024/2025 financial year.
NOMINATIONS ARE HEREBY CALLED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

- Secretary
- 3 Ordinary Members
