Annual General Meeting of Business Kingscliff 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Business Kingscliff will be held at Mockingbird, 4 Seaview St, Kingscliff NSW 2487 on 9th December 2024.

*** Virtual attendance can be arranged.

7am: breakfast and coffee.
7.30am: AGM.
7.45am: General meeting including 2024/25 planning.

TO CONDUCT THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS:

1. To receive and confirm the Minutes of the last AGM dated 5th December 2023
2. To receive and consider the President’s report outlining the activities of Business Kingscliff for the past twelve months.
3. To receive and consider the Financial Reports of the Association for the last financial year in accordance with Section 48 of the Act.
4. The President to declare all positions vacant and advise that nominations have been received for Office Bearers and Committee Members for 2024/
5. To elect Office Bearers of the Association and Ordinary Members of the Committee 2024/2025 financial year.

NOMINATIONS ARE HEREBY CALLED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

• Vice President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• 3 Ordinary Members
